Shipping policy

Delivery Attempts

Our carrier will attempt to deliver the package to the shipping address provided by the customer. If the carrier is unable to deliver the package after three attempts, the package will be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within 14 days from ordering (including order processing), there may be circumstances beyond our control that can cause delays in shipping. We will notify customers of any significant delays and provide updates on the expected delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and EU. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Address Change

Please inform us of any address change within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee an address change to your order due to fulfillment procedures. In some cases, we will try to change the address after 24 hours, if you need the address for your order modified, please let us know as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
